The ideal candidate is agile and intellectually curious, able to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities while effectively navigating ambiguity and driving business outcomes with a learner centric mindset. The individual must possess a passion about learning and enhancing learner engagement. Additionally, the ability to build outstanding and constructive working relationships with key stakeholders and foster an inclusive environment will be critical.\n\nThis engagement will support our transformation learning programs, as well as assist on team-specific projects that help drive engagement and adoption of our learning strategy. This role will project manage key learning initiatives and programs partnering with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The Project Manager is responsible for conception, organization, promoting and implementing effective programmatic initiatives. This consultant has both analytical know-how and insight into human behavior.\n\nDay to Day responsibilities include (Project Manager) :\n\nDetermines project tasks and milestones in collaboration with the Director, Technical Learning and external vendors.\nProject management of high-profile technical learning programs in partnership with technical vendors and internal business partners and SMEs.\nServes as the conduit and coordinator of all project tasks and milestones ensuring timely completion.\nManages success metrics and analytics.\nPeriodically presents status to key stakeholders and leaders.\nThis job involves both short- and long-term programs.\n\nExperience and Qualifications (Project Manager) :\n\nMUST have experience serving as a project manager on large scale technical program or system deployment working with external vendors.\nProject or Event Management Certification a plus.\nFamiliar with instructional or learning technology.\nExperience working with multiple external vendors and tools.\nAbility to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results within set deadlines.\nStrong data analysis capabilities with ability to review and analyze learning data and derive insights.\nExcellent organizational, coordination and project management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills: can articulate thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical) clearly, concisely, and persuasively in a self-directed manner.\nExpert level PowerPoint and Excel skills Tableau or Power BI expertise preferred.\nSelf-motivated with an ability to learn quickly and autonomously.\nAbility to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to project plans, and adapt to shift direction frequently.\nPLEASE NOTE : JSR uses ONLY this URL www.jsrtechconsulting.com\n*** Reply only to a representative from JSR by checking the email address.
