Key\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPlatform Development & Management: Design and implement scalable, secure platform solutions on Azure, leveraging Snowflake for data warehousing and Drools for business rule management.\nData Integration: Develop and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations with Snowflake and other Azure data services.\nRule Engine Management: Implement, configure, and optimize Drools rules engine for application logic and business rules.\nInfrastructure Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using Azure DevOps, ARM templates, or Terraform.\nSecurity & Compliance: Ensure platform security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) across Azure and Snowflake.\nPerformance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and resilience of platform components.\nCollaboration & Documentation: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and provide training on platform tools and practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\nTechnical Expertise:\n\n5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions, etc.)\nProficient in Snowflake data warehouse management, including SnowSQL, Snowpipe, and performance optimization.\nKnowledge of Drools (or CAMUNDA or similar rules engines) for managing business rules and workflows.\n\nProgramming & Scripting:\n\nProficiency in Python, SQL, Java or Scala for data processing and automation.\nExperience with infrastructure as code (IAC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.\n\nDevOps & CI/CD:\n\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.\n\nAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills:\n\nTroubleshooting abilities and experience with performance tuning in Azure and Snowflake.\n\nSoft Skills:\n\nExcellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.\nOrganizational and project management abilities\nCompensation\nHourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr\n\nBenefits Offered:\n[Health, Dental, Vision Insurance]\n\nDeadline: Applications accepted until 10/30/2025 at 11:59 PM CST\n\nWe are an Equal Pay Employer.
