Communicatesregularly with the Regional Operations Manager, and Human Resources when needed. Instills and maintainsa customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct to self and other team members. Prepares and submitsannual operational budget for approval and develops plans for the efficient use of resources. Participates in planning personnel safety, ensures safety procedures are followedand makes recommendations regardingsafety issues. Coordinates with customers and Branch management team to evaluate, promote and provide improved and expanded services in the area. Uses vehicleto deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner. Other duties may be assignedWhat You Should HaveEducationHighschool/secondary schooldiploma or GED equivalentAssociates degree preferredMust-Have SkillsAt least 4 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse-relatedfield. At least 1 year of cash handling experience. Must be able to read, write,and speak English fluently. Eligible to work in the country in which you are applying forBe available to open and close the warehouse, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays (as needed)Must meet all applicable state/province-specific driver's license requirements prior to driving a company vehicle to perform delivery duties.Ability to perform basic clerical and physical tasks. Strong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and capabilityof workingeffectively with others. Ability to read and write comprehensive detailed instructions, correspondenceand memos. Proficient in basic math skills. Detail-oriented and strong prioritization skills. Supervisory and time management skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Extremely organized and demonstratesthe ability to prioritize effectively.Understandsstaffing requirements. Broad understanding of multiple department functionsHaveexcellent multitasking abilityWillingnessto continue to evolve and develop personal skills to meet the changing environment.Demonstrated self-starter and motivated individual. Nice-to-Have Skills (but not requiredBilingual reading/writing/verbal communication skills.Physical/Work Environment Expectations:While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required tostand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and listen. The team member is frequentlyrequired to stoop, kneel, and crouch and occasionally requiredto sit, climb, or balance. The team member must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequentlylift and/or move up to 50 pounds, andoccasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
