We are looking for an Operations System Analyst to join our team. This individual will design and develop engineering standards and tests to evaluate the function of products and systems, develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards.\n\nClearance\nAn ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.\n\nRequirements\n\nEight (8) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.\n\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nElectronic Warfare system software testing of government-owned systems that interface with multiple subsystems, EW systems, as well as AEGIS and SSDS combat systems.\n\nDevelopment, integration, and execution of test cases and test procedures for the prescribed systems.\n\nProviding SME support in this role from a testing facet.\n\nPreferred Skills and Experience\n\nExperience with Linux.\n\nFamiliarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations.\n\nExperience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences.\n\nDemonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities.\n\nKnowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E, Agile methodology.\n\nCompensation\nThe projected annual compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 (USD).
