The Program Analyst will support the Program Manager with the procurement planning, coordination, and data collection on the effectiveness of weapons systems in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs across the Department of Defense (DoD).\nResponsibilities:\nInterfaces with operational users to gather requirements for improvement of JTCG/ME ATD software—specifically the JMEM Weaponeering System (JWS), Digital Imagery Exploitation Engine (DIEE), and Collateral Effects Library (CEL)\nParticipates in Operational User Working Groups (OUWG) and Hands on Reviews (HORs) to guide discussions and evaluate software\nSupports the development of Reach back Analysis packages by performing Quality Control (QC) and translation of engineering analysis results into operationally relevant materials\nSupports the JTCG/ME review of relevant Policy and Guidance documentation\nRequirements:\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree\nA minimum of 10 years of experience in the Targeting area with demonstrated knowledge of the Advanced Target Development process and development of Electronic Targeting folders\nDemonstrated knowledge of and experience in the areas of Weaponeering, Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE), and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA)\nDesired Requirements:\nMilitary experience in the targeting area\nDemonstrated knowledge and experience in the evolving areas of hypersonics and global strike with emphasis on developing targeting packages, weaponeering, and CDE\nKnowledge and experience in Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM)\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level or higher.
