Perform proactive capacity planning and bandwidth trend analysis. Use AIOps platforms for predictive fault detection and auto-remediation. Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration baselines (CMDB). Generate weekly/monthly SLA and performance reports for stakeholders.Security & Zero TrustImplement and maintain Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) policies. Manage firewall rules, IDS/IPS, and Network Access Control (NAC) systems. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management cycles. Monitor for threats using SIEM tools and coordinate incident response. Enforce Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) frameworks for distributed users. Support compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and GDPR requirements.Cloud & Hybrid NetworkingManage cloud networking on AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network, and Google Cloud. Oversee SD-WAN deployment and cloud-based SaaS integration. Ensure reliable, secure connectivity for remote and distributed workforce.
