Franchise Support ManagerThe Franchise Support Manager is responsible for driving regional sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting franchise partners. This role focuses on managing relationships with franchisees and retail partners while maintaining high standards in product quality, compliance, and overall performance.ResponsibilitiesDrive top-line sales growth across assigned region through same-store sales increases and operational improvementsSupport and manage franchisees to ensure compliance with operational standards, product quality, and merchandisingConduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate performance, product presentation, and contract complianceBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure long-term partnershipsTrain and coach new and existing staff on products, procedures, and best practicesMonitor and enforce food safety standards, licensing, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, health permits, etc.)Identify and resolve operational issues, including non-compliance and performance gapsAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support business strategyAssist with new store openings and site development initiativesTravel within region (5075%) to support operations and franchise partnersQualificationsHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferredCulinary or sushi experience strongly preferredFranchise or multi-unit restaurant operations experience preferredMinimum 2+ years of multi-unit or restaurant management experienceStrong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ServSafe preferred)Proven leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environmentHigh sense of urgency, accountability, and results-driven mindsetWillingness to travel frequently within assigned region
