As a GenAI Lead Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating and empowering individuals to understand, utilize, and leverage GenAI technologies effectively. We are currently adding to our bench of talent, for programs that will run throughout the year. The timeline and length of the contract will vary depending on program and client needs. The time commitment for Lead Instructors is typically 3-5 hours per week and programs run anywhere from 5-10 weeks, depending on the program and client.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCollaborate with internal Correlation One team to provide feedback on curriculum, materials, and resources.\nAct as a subject matter expert on GenAI, contributing insights and expertise to internal discussions, projects, and initiatives.\nStay current on new AI models, tools for building AI assistants and agents, and methods for connecting AI to enterprise use cases.\nParticipate in internal dry runs and client orientation calls ahead of delivery to align on session goals, audience, and content before leading sessions.\nLead live sessions and hands-on workshops for Correlation One's clients, including applied cohorts where participants map and redesign real workflows and build AI assistants and agents.\nProvide guidance and support to workshop/program participants, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.\nTeach responsible AI use — how to verify output, recognize where AI is and isn't reliable, handle sensitive data appropriately, and stay accountable for the final work.\n\nYour expertise\n\nBachelor's degree in any field.\nStrong understanding of GenAI concepts, applications, prompt engineering, AI assistants, and agents. Experience applying AI to real business workflows with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.\nExtensive experience building custom AI assistants and agents, connecting them to business data and sources, using tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.\nExtensive experience in applying GenAI to business use cases and using it in professional settings.\nProven experience in public speaking, teaching, or training, with excellent presentation and communication skills.\nAbility to engage and connect with diverse audiences, including business executives, non-technical professionals, and decision-makers.\nPassion for education, learning, and technology, with a desire to empower others through knowledge sharing and skill development.\n\nWhere you are\n\nVirtual Sessions: This role is remote, with virtual sessions conducted online. Candidates may be located anywhere with working hours compatible with the Eastern Time (ET) zone.\nIn-Person Sessions: Occasional in-person session opportunities may also be available. Participation in these sessions may require travel to the designated location.\n\nCompensation\n\nThe compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions.
