This role is responsible for maintaining research databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and supporting oncology clinical research studies through detailed data management and documentation. The ideal candidate has experience working with clinical research data, electronic medical records, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.\nResponsibilities\nEnter, verify, and maintain research data with a high degree of accuracy.\nDevelop and maintain databases, data collection tools, and documentation guidelines.\nPerform quality checks and audits to ensure data integrity and completeness.\nIdentify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.\nGenerate reports and manipulate complex datasets using appropriate software applications.\nCollaborate with clinical research teams to clarify data issues and ensure accurate documentation.\nAssist with maintaining study records and supporting research operations.\nPerform administrative and data management tasks as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nApproximately 1 year of experience in data management, clinical research, or healthcare data entry.\nExperience working with oncology clinical research.\nExperience using Epic electronic medical records.\nStrong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting clinical research studies or academic medical centers.\nExperience maintaining research databases and ensuring regulatory data accuracy.\nFamiliarity with oncology research workflows and study documentation.\nWork Environment\n100% onsite position in Palo Alto, CA.\nStandard Monday Friday business hours.\nPrimarily desk-based work with extensive computer and keyboard use.\nCollaborative clinical research environment requiring strong communication and teamwork.\nWe need hard-working, reliable employees.
