About the Job Position: EMT-B. Location: Port Arthur, TX. Job Type: Travel Assignment. Overview: Join a private EMS company providing 911 emergency services and inter-facility transfers (IFTs) in Port Arthur, TX. This is a 16-week assignment designed for experienced EMTs looking for a structured, rotational schedule with competitive pay and provided lodging. Assignment Details: Duration: 16 weeks. Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off (Wednesday to Wednesday). Shift Length: 12-hour shifts. Compensation: $3,892 per 14-day work period. Travel Stipend: $400 included in pay. Pay Frequency: Biweekly. Call Volume: Average of 4 to 7 calls per 12-hour shift. Lodging: Provided during scheduled work weeks only. Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years EMT experience. Work Schedule May Include: Day and evening shifts. Night and overnight shifts. Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. Certifications Required: BLS Certification (Required). PALS Certification (Required). ACLS Certification (Required). Texas EMS or EMS Compact State License (Required).
