The Assistant Manager is expected to partner with and leverage the Marketing Technology Specialist that has been assigned to support their office. The Assistant Manager is also expected to utilize the Regional Processing Manager to ensure timely and accurate unit reporting and transaction management.\n\nSupervision Exercised\n\nThe Assistant Manager provides direct supervision over the Processing Manager assigned to their office. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for the regular and active engagement and coaching of the sales associates licensed to work in their office.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nServes as the residential sales coach for the office.\nEnsures that the Weichert Selling System and Sales Tools are aggressively and consistently used by all sales associates in the Office to prospect customers to achieve MTD and YTD sales, listing and rental unit and CO$ target.\nEngages and coaches all sales associates to help them achieve their personal production goals and the Office revenue unit and closed unit production targets.\nManages day-to-day Office operations and metrics, including but not limited to: open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, farming activities and core calls.\nPromotes and manages the utilization of the All Under One Roof/Power of Yellow Customer Experience by managing all sales associate adoption and support of Weichert mortgage, title and insurance services. Requires the use of the Huddle Report as a vehicle to optimize sales associate market share adoption.\nHosts weekly Office meetings when needed and organizes the weekly Office open house program.\nAssigns Opportunity Time to all Sales Associates. Monitors the attendance and quality of performance of each Sales Associate to whom opportunity time has been assigned.\nFosters and nurtures a strong sense of the Weichert Community across the Office that results in strong sales associate and colleague brand adoption, advocacy and retention.\nResponsible for the condition and maintenance of the Office exterior, interior and grounds. Hold routine inspections of the Office to ensure neatness and cleanliness.\nLeverages the Regional Processing Manager to ensure timely and accurate unit reporting, and important all sales associate networking and community activities.\nEnsures the proper application and conformity with all Company policies and procedures.\nOrganizes Office participation in local community events and trade organizations.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nEducation, Certification, and License Requirements\n\nHigh school diploma or GED\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred\nState real estate license and state real estate broker’s license required, subject to market requirements.\nValid driver’s license\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum Three (3) or more years of related residential real estate sales experience required\nSales management or prior leadership training required\nRecruiting and contract negotiation experience strongly preferred\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n\nThorough understanding of the residential real estate industry\nSolid sales management and sales production knowledge and experience\nEffective inspirational leadership and motivational capabilities\nExcellent project management and communication skills\nStrong facilitation skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure\nExcellent people management skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong conflict resolution skills\nEffective organization and prioritization skills\n\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment of Job\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nThe physical demands are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations. While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee will be required to:\n\nRemain stationary for long periods of time\nMove around the office as needed\nOccasionally move objects up to 20lbs\nCommunicate with sufficient clarity on the telephone and in person\nOperate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment frequently\n\nWork Environment\n\nThis job operates in an office environment and is exposed to usual office working conditions.
