Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.\n\nPOSITION DESCRIPTION\n\nWork in different areas of seed production.\n\nHandle seed processing and packaging, including:\n\nReceiving and scanning seeds\n\nCleaning and treating seeds\n\nSorting and counting seeds\n\nLabeling and storing seeds\n\nPerform outdoor field work, such as:\n\nPlanting\n\nPollinating\n\nHand harvesting\n\nTaking notes and entering data\n\nUse computers, Excel, and handheld devices to record information.\n\nHelp with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.\n\nOrganize and move seeds into storage areas.\n\nMaintain accurate seed inventory using electronic systems.\n\nFollow all safety rules, SOPs, and instructions.\n\nMust be able to bend, lift, sit, or stand for long periods.\n\nMay need to work extra hours during busy/peak seasons.\n\nEducation\nEducation: High school diploma/GED or related experience.\n\nMust understand English written and verbal instructions.\n\nExperience required: 1-3 years.\n\nBasic mechanical/equipment knowledge may be required.\n\nBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
