Support includes, but not limited to the following activities:\nProcess controls and equipment/system troubleshooting.\nBackup and restore process of systems software.\nAccess control management.\nSupport projects related to work and troubleshooting in day- to-day operations.\nPerforms and coordinates process controls maintenance as established on the applicable procedures and as required by the GMP regulations.\nServes as a single point of contact for all technical issues.\nSupport computer system validation and qualification to required systems and equipment’s.\n\nQualifications\n\nBS Engineering\nFully Bilingual (English & Spanish).\nTraining or experience in the applicable following technologies: mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatic, electronics, PLCs, SCADA, test equipment, HVAC, formulation, compression, and coating.\nKnowledge or experience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant utilities, solid dose manufacturing and packaging equipment/systems and its computer/control systems.\nProgramming knowledge on Ladder logic, Wonderware, Visual Basic. Working knowledge in ladder logic coding structure.\nHigh degree of PC and PLC technical skills (hardware and software).\nPLC programming skills and working knowledge on AB and Siemens PLCs and the software platforms.\nWorking knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems.
