Portland, OregonFull TimeSchedule- Full Time / DaysWork Setting: Home Infusion / Community-Based NursingThe Nurse Manager - Home Infusion Pharmacy is responsible for implementing and overseeing policies and procedures within the Home Infusion Department. This leadership role ensures interdisciplinary coordination of care for patients receiving home-based infusion services, while managing staffing, productivity, and quality of care.The ideal candidate is an experienced RN leader with a strong background in home infusion therapy, excellent coordination and communication skills, and the ability to supervise and develop nursing teams in a dynamic home care setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and care delivery for home infusion patientsSupervise interdisciplinary clinical teams and support personnelAssign and coordinate staffing to meet patient needs and productivity standardsDevelop and maintain department policies, procedures, and quality initiativesEnsure compliance with state nursing regulations, organizational policies, and home health standardsMonitor and uphold confidentiality, attendance, and punctuality expectationsFacilitate performance evaluations, training, and continuous team developmentCollaborate with pharmacy, case management, and other departments to ensure coordinated patient careRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent education/experienceActive RN licenses in Oregon (must be obtained upon hire)4 years of experience in Home Infusion Nursing2 years of supervisory or nurse leadership experienceValid driver's license and auto insurance (driving may be required)Preferred CompetenciesStrong clinical judgment and infusion therapy expertiseProven leadership and team management skillsExperience with care coordination across home health disciplinesFamiliarity with state regulations related to home infusion servicesCommitment to patient-centered care and operational excellenceRecruiter Submission TemplateFull Name:Bachelor's Degree & Field (with graduation year):Do you have an active Oregon RN license?
