Front Desk Clerk (Hotel 2nd shift)
Reliable agent needed to work any day primarily from 3pm-11pm.
We are seeking a reliable, guest-focused professional to work the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift, five (5) days per week, delivering exceptional service while supporting front desk operations and guest requests during peak evening hours.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the evening shift, ensuring a warm, professional, and responsive guest experience
Proactively anticipate, receive, and fulfill guest requests, questions, and service needs in a timely and courteous manner
Accurately check in and check out guests, process room changes, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods in accordance with company cash-handling policies and procedures
Ensure accuracy of guest folios, postings, and billing adjustments related to guest stays
Maintain awareness of property amenities, services, local area information, and hotel policies to effectively assist guests
Communicate guest requests, service issues, and follow-ups clearly with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership teams
Organize, secure, and maintain guest-related files and records in accordance with confidentiality and document-retention policies
Utilize property management systems to record, access, and update guest and reservation information accurately
Opera/FOSSE experience is a plus

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures
Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures
Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing reports
Audit and reconcile all revenue postings
Fosse experience is a plus
Other duties include:
