Construction Project Manager

We are searching for our next Construction Project Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for the management, coordination, and supervision of all aspects of new home construction. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential construction with experience in project supervision and/or management.Joyner Homes is a local, growing home builder based in Greenfield, Indiana. Our company strives to strengthen family, relationships, and quality of life by providing opportunities to live and work in our local community.Compensation$75,000 - $90,000 yearly + Bonus DOEResponsibilitiesProvide continuity of an excellent customer experience through constructionManage the construction timeline and schedule for 10-15 homes at a time using the company's construction softwareReview the plans and specifications for each home and ensure construction is completed per those documentsCoordinate with vendors to ensure the timely completion of activitiesCommunicate with the customer as their main point of contact throughout the home’s constructionPunch-out homes at various stages of construction to identify vendor errors and plan problemsIdentify errors in construction or plans and communicate with management and the customerProcess change orders and ensure they are communicated to vendorsReview invoices for completed work and identify items to be back-charged to other vendorsFacilitate customer meetings during construction, including home visits, electrical walk-through, and homeownerMaintain job site cleanliness and upkeepPerform other related duties as assigned by managementQualificationsEducation Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred but not requiredExperience 2-4 years of Residential Construction or related experienceAdvanced construction knowledge, including scheduling skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsGreat customer service skillsHigh attention to detailA positive attitude and being a team playerSelf-motivated and goal-drivenFunctional computer skills in applicable programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)About CompanyJoyner Homes is a leading home builder in Greenfield, Indiana.
