The Deployment Engineer will provide front-line engineering services for customers, support the Professional Services Operations team during site installations, and assist with additional national projects. Additionally, the Deployment Engineer will work closely with existing technical staff to support Red River’s Managed Services customers. The right candidate is comfortable running projects independently as well as working with a larger engineering team and project managers. This position offers significant growth potential.\nPrimary Position Tasks Support, troubleshoot, install, and configure routers, switches, and firewalls\nDeploy and troubleshoot security protocols across the network platform\nDevelop and refine network and security configuration documentation for customers\nMaintain industry certifications as required\nProvide end‑user training on solutions\nAssist in developing, improving, and automating our delivery methodologies\nOther business duties as assigned\nTravel up to 60% of the time\nMinimum Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in IT delivery or support\nCisco Certified Network Associate (or equivalent experience)\nBasic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)\nFamiliarity with network security fundamentals (segmentation, access control, firewall concepts, wireless LAN)\nExposure to network automation concepts (API, scripting)\nManufacturer Knowledge and Certifications HPE Network Campus Access Associate\nCisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (JNCIA, JNICA‑Junos, JNCIA‑Mist)\nCompTIA Network+, Meraki CMNA\nEssential Elements Required to lift 20‑lb boxes overhead\nRequired to sit for periods of 2–3 hours at a time\nRequired to use a ladder\nBasic Qualifications U.S. citizenship required.\nCompensation and Benefits Red River offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and an exceptional work environment.\nEqual Opportunity Employer Statement EOE M/F/DISABLED/Vet.
