This role leads and supports team members, partners with culinary and support departments, and resolves operational needs in a fast-paced event environment. The Operations Manager also identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, control costs, and enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversees daily venue operations and assigned service areas.\nCoordinates staffing and team deployment based on business needs.\nReviews event details, operating plans, and service requirements.\nMonitors setup, service execution, breakdown, and operational readiness.\nEnsures team members follow Levy service, safety, and sanitation standards.\nCommunicates operational priorities to supervisors and hourly team members.\nMonitors inventory, equipment, supplies, and product availability.\nResolves operational issues and escalates significant concerns to senior leadership.\nPartners with culinary and support departments to maintain efficient service.\nCompletes required operational reports, inspections, and documentation.\nSupports hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and development of team members.\nIdentifies opportunities to improve efficiency, service execution, and cost control.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nPrevious experience in operations, hospitality, food service, or venue management.\nExperience supervising or managing team members in a fast-paced environment.\nWorking knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory, and operational procedures.\nAbility to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nAbility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules as required.\nAbility to comply with applicable food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred\n\nCurious about Life at Levy?
