Applicants must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance. An active TS/SCI w/CI Poly is preferred.\nThe Ideal Candidate:\nStrong software development experience, with fluency in modern backend languages and design principles.\nProficiency in API development, code testing, and object-oriented programming.\nA knack for simplifying complex technical problems into scalable and practical implementations.\nStrong team collaboration and communication skills , with the ability to work across functions and roles.\nA commitment to trust building, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.\nCuriosity and creativity in solving problems and improving developer experience.\nBasic Qualifications\n5+ years overall experience developing software products required.\n5+ years of hands-on experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and design patterns.\nExperience delivering back-end services in micro-service or event-driven architectures.\nOther Qualifications\nPreferred DoD 8570/8140 compliant with at least IAT Level II certification, including a current Computing Environment (CE) credential and one approved specialty certification (e.g., CompTIA CySA+, GICSP, CASP+)\nBachelor’s degree or higher, in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field.\nExperience in observability technologies (Grafana Loki or Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Beats, Logstash, OpenTelemetry).\nExperience in cloud native architecture (Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Helm, Envoy).\nExperience in AWS technologies (Lambda, S3, Kinesis, Iceberg, Athena, Glue).\nExperience in Kotlin, Golang, REST.\nExperience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform\n\nWorkday Pay Transparency Statement\nThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
