The Inventory Control Analyst will play a key role in supporting production, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow and accurate reporting.\n\nInventory Control Analyst Job Functions:\n\nInput, evaluate, and verify daily production scrap and material movement transactions while overseeing ERP system issues, ensuring timely resolution with relevant functions.\nInvestigate and resolve material movement errors, propose corrective actions or system enhancements, and administer inventories by identifying out-of-tolerance root causes and taking corrective actions.\nCoordinate the transfer of materials between production departments, facilities, and vendors, and assist in consistent cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.\nDirect or lead teams to ensure the accuracy of yearly physical inventory and collaborate with Operations and Program teams to maintain accurate production, scrap, and usage reports.\nAssist with special projects as needed, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across material management and production processes.\n\nInventory Control Analyst Minimum Requirements:\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree *in Business or related field preferred.\nMinimum of one year of experience in Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.\nStrong written, verbal communication, and organizational skills, along with analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical aptitude.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems, particularly CostPoint, is preferred.\nMust be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.\nA strong customer focus, commitment to continuous improvement, and knowledge of Winchester manufacturing operations or products are highly preferred.\n\nLocation-Specific Requirements:\n\nMust possess a Valid US driver’s license.\nThis position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.\nThis position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.\nThis position requires successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies. The US Government does not allow non-US citizens on-site at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant.
