The successful candidate will oversee project delivery from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to client specifications. This role requires strong technical knowledge of grading, water and sewer utilities, site development processes, and proven leadership managing subcontractors, schedules and client relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage all phases of civil and sitework projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and closeout.\nCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure quality, safety and timely progress.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules (baseline and updates), monitor progress, and implement recovery plans when needed.\nPrepare, monitor and control project budgets, review cost reports, approve invoices and manage change orders.\nLead permitting and coordination with local agencies, engineers and inspectors to maintain compliance and obtain necessary approvals.\nOversee grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and installation of water and sewer systems on commercial and development sites.\nPerform risk identification and mitigation, conduct site inspections and enforce safety and quality control procedures.\nCommunicate regularly with clients, stakeholders and design teams; prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.\nReview and interpret construction plans and specifications, and work with design/engineering teams to resolve field issues.\nMentor and develop junior staff, promote best practices and continuous improvement across projects.\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of project management experience in civil/sitework, commercial construction or development projects.\nDemonstrated experience with grading, water and sewer utility installation and site development practices.\nProven track record managing budgets, schedules, contracts and change orders for mid-to-large scale projects.\nStrong knowledge of local permitting processes, construction codes and industry standards.\nProficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore or similar).\nExcellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders.\nOSHA safety training (10/30 hour) or equivalent and a strong commitment to site safety programs.\nValid drivers license; ability to travel to job sites as required.\nBenefits\nMedical\nVision\nDental\n401(K)\nBonus\nCompany Truck\nAnd More!\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
