He/she will be based at our Holland location, helping to build custom dispensing systems, and will help install the system after it ships. He/she should have an always “ready to serve” mentality, ability to simultaneously manage a variety of customer requests.\n\nThis is a full-time job typically requiring between 40-50 hours per week. 70% system build in Holland and 30% panel build.\n\nResponsibilities:\nMachine building tasks in Holland location.\nHelp customers start up new machines and equipment.\nProvide on-site (in person) support to customers.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nPreferred Education and Experience:\n5+ years of Machine Building or Field Service experience on industrial equipment.\nMechanical and Electromechanical system trouble shooting experience is required.\nExperience using PC software including Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)\nElectrical panel building experience.\nExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.\nAble to run off systems and debug.\n\nCharacter Competencies\nEthical conduct.\nCritical thinking, judgement and decision-making skills.\nMust enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and solving customer challenges.\nAbility to work successfully in a team environment with excellent communication skills.\nAbility to work alone in the field with little to no supervision\nTime management and organizational skills are essential.\nAbility to effectively respond to common inquiries from customers.\n\nCultural Competencies\nOur ten cultural values, or the \"10 Ps\", are the backbone of our company.
