Let’s take a closer look at the role\n\nJob Description\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTransport finished goods and/or raw materials safely and efficiently\nPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including light preventative maintenance\nEnsure compliance with all commercial motor vehicle regulations and company policies\nManeuver trucks into loading and unloading positions safely\nProvide warehouse support and assist with general operations as needed\nWork Environment\nCombination of driving and warehouse responsibilities\nFast-paced logistics and transportation environment\nWork may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying conditions\nPhysically active role requiring movement, lifting, and equipment operation\nDays and Shift Information\nMost likely a 7-9am start. Could fluctuate\n9 hours daily\nMight be needed to drive Box truck and Sprinter van at times.\n\nQualifications\n\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\nValid Class A CDL required\nExperience\nMinimum of 5 years of commercial driving experience preferred\nExperience operating commercial motor vehicles and performing inspections\nFamiliarity with DOT regulations and safety standards\nWarehouse or logistics experience is a plus\nManual Transmission experience required\nPersonality Traits\nTeam player with a willingness to assist wherever needed\nStrong work ethic with a “whatever it takes” mentality\nPositive and dependable attitude\nSafety-focused and detail-oriented\nFlexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment\n\nAdditional Information\n\nBenefits/Perks\n$31/hr\nAccrue up to five days PTO in first year.
