Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Guard ON CALL to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, ensuring the safety of individuals, and preventing unauthorized access. Duties Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Monitor surveillance equipment and maintain a vigilant watch over the premises. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations to ensure compliance with security protocols. Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid or CPR when necessary. Document incidents and prepare reports as required for management review. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when needed to ensure safety and security. Skills Proficient in conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations effectively. Experience with CCTV systems and surveillance operations to monitor activities efficiently. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous but not mandatory. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential security threats. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and emergency responders.
