This position requires a dependable and safety-focused professional who can manage diverse responsibilities — from transporting precast products and materials to assisting on-site as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing schedules and job site requirements.\n\nThis position will require night and weekend work, as well as travel based on project demands. Candidates must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.\nKey Abilities for Position Success:\nBuilding Collaborative Relationships: Must have the ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support. Confronts all problems with an intent to find solutions rather than blame.
