If you’re experienced in the manufacturing industries, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesConduct visual and mechanical inspections of electronic components and assemblies to ensure they meet predefined specifications and standardsMaintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports. Document and report defects or deviations from quality standards.Participate in root cause analysis on quality issues and work with engineering and production teams to resolve problems and prevent recurrenceEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Familiarize yourself with relevant standards.Verify calibration of inspection tools and equipment as needed. Ensure that all inspection tools are maintained in good working order.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on quality issues and suggesting process improvements.Assist in training production staff on quality standards and best practicesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2-3 years of Electronic Manufacturing experienceQuality Control and Inspection experience requiredAbility to use calibration and testing tools and equipmentStrong attention to detail and reliable attendance.ScheduleMonday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWhy Openwork?
