The ideal candidate will be excited to join an organization that is heavily investing in AI. This role requires the need to build high performance Python-based AI/ML solutions capable of processing extremely large data sets and integrating them into scalable web applications, including LLMs. This role also requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of AI frameworks, and the ability to work across the entire technology stack.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nAI/ML Model Development\r\nDesign, build, fine tune and train machine learning and deep learning models using Python.\r\nPerform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.\r\nEvaluate models using domain appropriate metrics and improve performance iteratively.\r\nDeploy custom models to production environments (cloud/on-premises) using MLOps best practices.\r\nFull-Stack Development\r\nDevelop high throughput, event-driven microservices (RESTful APIs, GraphQL) for application backends and MCP servers to serve AI models.\r\nBuild responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces for AI-powered applications.\r\nIntegrate AI models into web and mobile applications.\r\nEnsure scalability, security, and performance of deployed solutions.\r\nCollaboration & Documentation\r\nWork closely with data scientists, developers, frontend developers, and product managers.\r\nDocument model architectures, APIs, and deployment processes.\r\nParticipate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.\r\nSalary Range: $150,000 – $165,000\r\nGeneral Description Of Benefits\r\nRequired Skills\r\nProgramming: Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers).\r\nFull Stack: Experience with backend frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).\r\nDatabases: Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).\r\nDevOps & Deployment: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\r\nVersion Control: Proficiency with GitHub workflows.\r\nMathematics & AI Concepts: Strong understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and machine learning algorithms.\r\nDesired Skills\r\nExperience with Databricks.\r\nKnowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, D3.js).\r\nFamiliarity with microservices architecture.\r\nPrior experience in AI product development from concept to deployment.\r\nEducation & Experience\r\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.\r\n3 years of experience in AI/ML development and full-stack application building.\r\nExample Tech Stack\r\nLanguages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript\r\nAI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn\r\nBackend: FastAPI, Flask, Django\r\nFrontend: React.js, Next.js\r\nDatabases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB\r\nCloud: AWS Bedrock, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML\r\nTools: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions\r\nECS1\r\nECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
