This individual will support a high-visibility PMO and Corporate Workplace Services organization by developing, executing, and managing internal communication strategies that drive organizational alignment, engagement, training, and change adoption. This role will partner closely with leadership to create communication plans, improve messaging standards, and ensure employees remain informed and connected to departmental priorities and initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, the Communication Program Manager will create and distribute communications across multiple mediums including presentations, videos, SharePoint sites, newsletters, training materials, and live events. They will analyze communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement improvements to increase engagement and adoption across the organization. This individual will also lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and employee engagement programs while overseeing document control processes, SOP management, and content governance.
