Schedule Shift is from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM with flexible scheduling, including every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, providing exceptional rehabilitation services to our patients. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care and participating actively in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.Implement rehabilitation interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and function.Monitor and record patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.Participate in patient education and provide necessary resources for ongoing recovery.
