You’ll partner with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and startup teams to monitor progress, identify variances, and support mitigation planning.In This Role, You WillDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules for assigned scopesPerform routine schedule updates and progress assessmentsCoordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and startup teamsIdentify schedule variances and support mitigation planningPrepare look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking reportsSupport documentation of schedule impacts related to project changesParticipate in planning and coordination meetingsCompile and maintain subcontractor schedulesAnalyze critical and near-critical pathsMaintain accurate logic, durations, and sequencingPrepare schedule update narratives and progress summariesEnsure schedules align with ENTEK standards and best practicesRequirements: What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a detail-oriented planning professional with strong analytical skills and experience supporting complex project schedules.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)More than two (2) years of progressive planning and scheduling experienceWorking knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software preferredUnderstanding of engineering, construction, or manufacturing sequencingStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work independently on assigned tasksStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting capital projects or industrial manufacturing schedulesExperience with critical path and change impact analysisExperience working with integrated master schedulesYour Work ScheduleThis is a full-time, exempt position.
