Prompt responsiveness coupled with proper recommendations for field service and/or aftermarket components should result in profitable bookings for MWW and continued sales growth. This is primarily an inside sales position, however occasionally some outside customer interface may be required.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer service.Prepare and present quotations to customers. Generate sales from incoming calls or leads for MW Watermark products and services.Field technical support calls from customers and sales representatives. Convert quotes to sales orders or coordinate with a Sales Support Specialist to do so. 6. Create, follow up on, and complete RMA’s and record pertinent information in RMA Records. 7. Link vendor quotes to the applicable item or sales order in the ERP system. 8. Work with shop personnel and management to develop ideas for improving existing, and developing new, products and procedures. 9. Work with Marketing Department to create and support marketing programs.10. Promote and contribute to a continuous improvement culture. 11. If needed occasionally, travel to job sites to assist in trouble shooting equipment, training personnel, providing installation supervision or any other on site requirements. 12. Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.Working knowledge of basic mechanical, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, etc. preferred.Ability to read and understand production and assembly drawings and schematics.Sales, service, and marketing experience preferred.Experience in the Water & Wastewater field is highly desirable.Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other MS applications.Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.WORKING CONDITIONSWorking conditions are normal for an office environment. Occasionally work will be done on the production floor which requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe work boots, and hardhats. Attire appropriate for customer sites may vary.
