Demand is outpacing the current team's capacity, creating an opportunity for an exceptional engineer to join at the ground floor and shape the future of the business.\nWhat You'll Do Build and ship product in a true 0→1 environment alongside the founder.\nOwn projects end-to-end across the stack, from architecture through deployment.\nWork directly with customers to understand workflows and rapidly iterate on solutions.\nHelp scale the platform as new customers are onboarded.\nDesign and improve AI-powered systems that automate highly manual operational processes.\nInfluence engineering culture, technical direction, and the long-term roadmap of the company.\nHave a clear path toward increased leadership responsibility as the company grows.\nWhat We're Looking For 2–5 years of software engineering experience.\nStrong full-stack development experience with modern web technologies.\nExperience building with AI tools, agents, LLMs, or agentic workflows.\nA builder mentality with a bias toward action and shipping quickly.\nExcitement about using AI to dramatically increase productivity and move fast.\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.\nStartup experience, side projects, or evidence of high ownership are highly valued.\nBased in the Bay Area or willing to work from the San Francisco office several days per week is strongly preferred.\nWhile specific technologies are less important than aptitude and learning ability, the current stack includes:\nGo\nReact\nWhy Join?
