This role primarily focuses on interior painting, with some exterior work as needed, and is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys staying active throughout the day.In this position, you’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring a clean, professional finish while working within established schedules. The right candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.What You’ll DoPaint interior and exterior surfaces of homes, common areas, and community buildingsPrepare surfaces and protect surrounding areas using drop cloths, masking, and other materialsApply textures to walls and ceilings using appropriate equipmentMaintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies in an organized and clean conditionComplete assigned work according to project timelines and quality standardsAssist with additional site tasks and responsibilities as neededWhat We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate has a solid understanding of painting techniques and materials, along with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a good work ethic are important in this role. Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured environment and following direction while maintaining quality standards.Minimum Requirements1–3 years of painting or related trade experienceKnowledge of surface preparation, coatings, and application methods (brush, roller, sprayer)Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordAbility to obtain post access (Real ID required)Ability to pass a background screening as part of the hiring processAbility to pass a respirator fit/physical if required for spray applicationsSupport a drug free work environmentReady to get started?
