Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in all aspects of full-cycle recruitment, including interview scheduling, managing the background check process, processing workflows, uploading behavioral interview guides and adverse action letters, and ensuring overall compliance with the hiring/selection process and job filesAs a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will assist with new hire administration through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in support of the TA teamYou will address internal and external applicant inquiries related to hiring, background checks, and orientation, while ensuring requisitions are closed out correctly and meet compliance metricsYou will communicate frequently with the Talent Acquisition team, candidates, management, and Human Resources staff, and provide support for special projects with a positive, professional demeanorRequired Education and Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 0 to 1 plus years of general experiencePreferred Skills and Experience:College Degree
