You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and can demonstrate specific examples of how your grit and tenacity have helped you succeed in your prior roles.ResponsibilitiesDevelop machine learning models and algorithms that enable us to drive actionable insights for our customers in the realm of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics.Develop machine learning models that can be leveraged to enhance recruiting, onboarding and employee learning & development workflows.Work closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, customer success managers and professional services to understand high value customer problems to solve and design solutions to solve these problems.Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines using AWS services.Conduct thorough data analysis to understand patterns, trends, and insights within HR data and leverage that to drive feature engineering and model development.Optimize and fine-tune ML models for performance and scalability.Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to real-world problems.Ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of ML systems in production.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and creatively explore opportunities on how we can leverage them to solve HR-specific challenges.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.Proven experience (7+ years) as a Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on developing AI solutions for real-world problems.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R or Java.Solid understanding of machine learning technique and algorithms, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, etc.Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Pandas, or similar tools.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, and RDS.Publications or contributions to the ML community (GitHub projects, conference papers, etc.).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsDeep care for understanding user problems and delivering solutions that meet their needs.Experience in the HR domain is a plus.What we offer you in returnPlay a key role in the expansion of a SaaS businessCollaboration with international offices on global projectsBacking from senior management to be disruptive – for positive outcome!Competitive salary/ratePotential to progress your role as we continue to expandContinuously and consciously working to ensure an empowering, team-oriented, and politically free environment.And employee benefits such asMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceStock Options401k plan with company matchGenerous holidays/Paid Time-offAdditional wellness day-off per monthAbout UsHireRoad is a leading global provider of HR solutions spanning recruitment, onboarding, learning, and analytics software.
