The District Service Manager will oversee multiple routes and manage growth opportunities within these routes.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLeadership & Team Development\nHire, train, develop, and coach service personnel.\nPromote a culture aligned with company goals, values, safety, and empowerment.\nSupport route, sales, and administrative personnel.\nService Operations & Route Management\nOversee daily execution of service routes and customer interactions.\nManage route logistics, including routing of accounts and merchandise control.\nMonitor and coach route performance through daily check-ins.\nEnsure compliance with service and quality standards.\nCustomer Relations & Business Growth\nMaintain and grow recurring revenue streams.\nExecute business plans for renewing, expanding, and developing route business.\nEnsure completion of quarterly customer contacts and audits.\nIdentify and implement account improvements with new products and services.\nCompliance & Reporting\nEnsure training and certification in all compliance areas.\nManage daily account functions (audits, scrub counts, reconciliations, etc.).\nOversee invoice accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting.\nMaintain adherence to all policies, guidelines, and external compliance standards.\nFleet & Equipment Management\nSchedule and manage routine maintenance on company trucks.\nMaintain truck maintenance logs and ensure operational readiness\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent managerial experience.\n4+ years of route management experience.\nClean driving record and strong ethical standards.\nMust possess a valid Driver's License at the time of hire.\nMust possess a valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.\nThis role occasionally requires covering delivery routes in the absence of regular drivers; therefore, candidates must meet DOT eligibility requirements and be comfortable operating company vehicles as needed.\nExceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills.\nAbility to analyze sales opportunities and assess customer needs.\nExperience developing route structures for new and expanding accounts.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict management abilities.\nProficiency in interpreting reports and performance metrics.\nHigh energy with the ability to multi-task and work independently.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to manage a route environment and train new hires.\nCapable of lifting at least 25 lbs and handling moderate traffic scenarios.\nStrong time management and a results-oriented service mentality.\nAbility to maintain a positive attitude in diverse and challenging situations.\n\nRequired Competencies:\nBe Respectful: Value all we come in contact with\nBe Remarkable: Create a positive moment with every interaction\nBe Safe: Keep ourselves and those around us safe\nBe Honest: Be guided by truthfulness in all we do\nBenefits:\nWeekly pay\nMedical, Dental, Vision\nPet, Legal, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance\n401k (match)\nPaid Time Off Package\nPaid Parental Leave\nTuition Reimbursement\nReferral Program\nGreat company culture\nCollaborative team environment\nEOE / Drug-Free Workplace\n\nWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
