Your teammates and direct reports will be a group of experts in both data and analytics as well as sales and marketing processes. You will be managing a team of both full time and contract workers (CWs) in IT Finance DA. Key project focus areas will be Sales Productivity, Commissions, and Developer Experience Analytics.\nMain Responsibilities:\nManage around 8-10 full time employees. All aspects of team's delivery including budgeting, CW onboarding/offboarding, and coordination of work cross DA Org as well as with Corporate Functions partners.\nMaximizing the value of the product and the work of the Delivery Team by clearly expressing Product Backlog items Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs\nEnsuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Delivery Team will work on next\nEnsuring the Delivery Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.\nEngaging with key stakeholders within and outside the organization, the Delivery Team and Scrum Master to build an exceptional product.\nEffectively captures stakeholder assumptions and translates them into hypothesis driven outcomes.\nCreates the vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system or product, business need, users, market, competitors and future trends of a particular domain being developed.\nBeing knowledgeable of Agile and Scrum practices., creates and prioritizes features, user stories, acceptance criteria and the product backlog for each sprint.\nActively engages with the Delivery Team to collaborate, negotiate and commit to product requirements.\nBehavioral traits desired:\nGreat communication skills.\nServant leader with coaching mind-set.\nTransparent and fosters open and direct dialog.\nValues diversity of thought and opinion.\n\nQualifications\n\nYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.\nMinimum Qualifications\nThe candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related STEM field and 6+ years of experience in:\nRelevant industry experience.\nManaging/leading software development/implementation program (full SDLC).\nExperience leading and managing high performing cross functional teams.\nData Analytics.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in or adjacent to Finance software projects.\nFinance business process and technical knowledge.\nUnderstanding of Big Data systems (Azure Synapse, Redshift, Teradata etc).\nExperience in Agile SAFe practices (backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning and etc) and/or PMP Certification.\n\nInside this Business Group\n\nIntel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications.
