Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do: The primary job function is quality control requiring the ability to ensure specifications, quantity and quality of orders are met. Under moderate supervision, perform lab tests according to written procedures, annotate results, and perform final quality/paperwork checks.\nPrimary Responsibilities/Essential Functions Lab Perform stress, environmental and other tests per laboratory procedures.\nEnsure PC Testing is completed and up to date.\nMaintain inspection and testing records, database.\nHave an excellent working relationship with Engineering to ensure successful troubleshooting practices.\nShipping / Receiving Receive incoming materials (components, hose and other raw material) according to prints, specifications, quality procedures, and purchase orders. Verify identity and count of items.\nReview paperwork, and certifications for finished products as needed.\nProcess packing slips, invoice packaging, load/unload freight and handle freight claims.\nHose Assembly Perform hose sample assembly according to assembly instructions\nOperate various machines required to assemble hose fittings to hose\nMaintain inspection and testing records.\nMaintain required parts inventory for making hose samples\nPerform preventative maintenance on equipment.\nMeet quality requirements established for assembled hose products\nOverall Accurately complete computer transactions as necessary (labor & scrap transactions, inventory disbursements & cycle counts, expense items, document and report inspections findings & results, etc.).\nComplete Quality Reporting assignments such as completing certifications, manufacturing support, PPAP, auditing and corrective actions.\nParticipate in cell/team activities including, but not limited to, team meetings, problem-solving, Kaizen events, etc.\nMaintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment through effective housekeeping, 5S and TPM practices\nFollow all plant, safety, and environmental rules and regulations. Support plant lean, safety, quality and continuous improvement efforts.\nModel the Eaton ethical conduct policy, the Eaton Values and Philosophy, and comply with all other corporate, plant, and regulatory policies and regulations as applicable.\nPerform all other duties as required.\nQualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.\nMinimum of 1 year of quality experience in a manufacturing site\nThis position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
