We're currently seeking Technology Support Specialist (General IT Support Services) for the Commonwealth of Kentucky – Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC).\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nThe AOC Information & Technology Services (ITS) Department is seeking a contract resource for the role of Technology Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for agency hardware, systems software, and applications software portfolio, including maintenance of data dictionaries, equipment and software installation and upgrades, data conversions, system utilities, and change control.
