This job requires advanced website and app knowledge, both front and back end, to generate a clean and professional user experience. The right candidate will participate in the development and analysis of website and app requirements and work closely with multiple departments including sales and marketing for function, look, and feel. This position will report directly to the Development Manager in IT.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nCollaborate with multiple teams on the design, development, and maintenance of responsive web applications with visually appealing layouts.\nImplement frontend designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimization for mobile devices.\nDevelop interactive features and dynamic user interfaces using a modern JavaScript framework.\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code for server-side logic using JavaScript-based technologies.\nContribute to the development of web-based mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences on various devices.\n\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\n\nProficient with web frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nExperience in at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and related tools.\nFamiliarity with server-side JavaScript development using Node.js.\nExperience with web-based mobile application development (e.g., React Native, Electron, or similar frameworks) is a plus.\nKnowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).\nAbility to extract design assets from Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).\n\nExperience as a web designer (3+ years preferred).\n\nApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.\n\nPOSITION: Full-Time\n\nPAY: DOE\n\nBENEFITS INCLUDE:\n\nPaid time off (2 weeks per year)\nPaid Holidays (8 days)\nHealth Insurance (multiple plans)\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\n401k Matching Retirement\nHealth Savings Account\nFlexible Savings Account\n\nWHO WE ARE:\n\nPhase Technologies is a power electronics manufacturer located in Rapid City, South Dakota.
