You'll have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and grow while working to solve complex operational challenges.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead execution of multiple projects and task orders supporting critical infrastructure, operational technology, and data modernization initiatives.\nManage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nServe as the primary interface between customers, technical teams, and corporate leadership.\nDevelop and maintain trusted relationships with commercial and university customers.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and subject matter experts.\nDrive operational excellence through effective planning, metrics, resource management, and quality assurance processes.\nIdentify opportunities to expand customer value through innovative technology solutions and strategic consulting.\nSupport proposal development and business development activities.\nHelp shape future CIP offerings in operational technology, industrial data systems, cybersecurity, AI-enabled analytics, and digital resilience.\nMentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Energy Systems, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience managing technical programs and projects that include the PI System\nDemonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.\nExperience leading cross-functional technical teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience supporting critical infrastructure, utilities, energy, or industrial customers.\nAbility to translate technical concepts into business and mission outcomes.\nAbility to travel as required (up to 10%).\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nPMP certification.\nMaster's degree in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Experience with Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, or industrial data platforms.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, cloud platforms, data analytics, AI, or digital twins.\n\n#DSA209\n#LI-JE1\n\nMany of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
