The Sr. Manager, Corporate Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise and corporate IT systems that enable business operations across G&A, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions. This role partners with key business stakeholders to lead requirements definition and perform system enhancements and upgrades. The position plays a critical role in ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and compliance to financial controls. Responsibilities Corporate Systems Administration & Support Administer, configure, and support enterprise systems including ERP, finance, HR, procurement, and related applications. Manage user access, security roles, configurations, and system settings. Serve as escalation point for corporate application issues. Business Partnership & Requirements Support Partner with Finance, HR, Manufacturing & Supply Chain stakeholders to understand system needs. Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements. Support user training, adoption, and documentation. Lead cross-functional ERP and enterprise system initiatives to streamline operations, improve workflows, and enhance system performance across clinical, commercial, and operational functions Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements using BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices Translate complex business needs (pricing, sales performance, contracting, clinical and regulatory reporting) into functional specifications and scalable system designs Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues across ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and HR Systems as appropriate. SOX, GxP, Compliance & Validation SOX & IT General Controls Ownership: Own and administer SOX IT General Controls for ERP systems supporting financial reporting, including access management, segregation of duties, change management, and audit logging Audit & Compliance Support: Serve as the ERP subject-matter expert for internal and external SOX audits by supporting walkthroughs, providing audit evidence, addressing auditor inquiries, and remediating control deficiencies in partnership with Finance and Internal Audit. ERP Security & Change Governance: Ensure ERP configurations, enhancements, and upgrades are securely implemented, properly authorized, tested, documented, and maintained to preserve financial data integrity and audit readiness. Vendor & Change Management Coordinate with vendors and consultants for support and enhancements. Support system upgrades and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 10+ years supporting enterprise or corporate systems. Experience supporting life sciences or regulated (GxP) environments. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, resolve issues, and make practical recommendations and plans. Takes ownership of end-user issues and is proactive when interacting with end users to resolve issues Strong experience supporting ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and HR systems Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, requirements management, and system design Working knowledge of SOX and FDA regulations, GxP, validation, and audit processes Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders Compensation The expected base salary range for this position is $179,903 to $198,132.We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, skill level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market. Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
