If you are an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with experience in maintenance of Integrated Master Schedule networks, this job is for you!\n\nServe as the responsible Planner for a specific IPT on the program\n\nDevelop, manage, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner\n\nActively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team\n\nEnsure EIA-748 guidelines are followed regarding schedule\n\nEnsure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting goals\n\nUse critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners\n\nSynchronize cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule metrics and reports related to the implementation of the Program\n\nSchedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Stakeholders\n\nEstablish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management\n\nDevelop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements.\n\nWork with cross-functional teams to maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule.\n\n#LMSpaceProgramPlanners\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nMinimum of 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling\n\nExperience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool\n\nExperience with fully networked, resource loaded labor hour schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology\n\nExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration and Earned Value Metrics\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications\n\nActive Top Secret security clearance\n\nDesired Skills\n\n6+ years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling\n\nActive TS/SCI clearance preferred\n\nBachelors degree from an accredited college\n\nExpert experience in a schedule networking tool, such as Deltek OpenPlan (preferred) or Microsoft Project Server, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience\n\nIntegrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance\n\nExperience with @Risk, OnePager Pro\n\nExperience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance\n\nExperience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)\n\nSome experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance\n\nSome experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques\n\nAbility to work independently as well as part of an integrated team\n\nAbility to communicate and work effectively within a team\n\nStrong sense of follow-up with strict attention to detail and quality\n\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00\n\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
