This is a fully remote position (California-based candidates only) within a high-performance, systems-driven environment focused on achieving fast, favorable outcomes for clients.Job Responsibilities:Manage a high-volume caseload of California employment litigation matters from intake through resolutionDevelop strategic case approaches to maximize leverage and drive early settlementsDraft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discoveryHandle depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiationsMaintain proactive communication with clientsIdentify and execute on key litigation pressure pointsQualifications:Active California Bar license (in good standing)5+ years of employment litigation experiencePlaintiff-side experience strongly preferredStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsProven ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environmentStrong negotiation and case resolution experienceHighly organized, proactive, and self-motivatedAbout the Company:
