planningCross-functional program leadershipWorking knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience in steel, metals, or metal fabricationPMP certification or similarEngineering or operations-related degreeExperience leading plant-level initiatives or
