This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of system development and maintenance activities for 30+ Federal Government Enterprise Information Systems and numerous applications.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee the design, development, operation, and maintenance of all systems.\nEnsure effective configuration and optimization of all managed systems.\nAccelerate the adoption and execution of Agile methodologies.\nLead the integration of DevSecOps methodologies within a software factory environment, establishing Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing in all development processes\nConfirm compliance with relevant Federal, DHS, and DoD regulations.\nEnsure transparency and oversight throughout the software development lifecycle, including conceiving, specifying, designing, programming, documenting, testing, and bug fixing processes.\nCoordination and collaboration with other contractors and government personnel for various functions including but not limited to hardware, network infrastructure, information assurance, facilities, and data floor management.\nOversee system connectivity, coordination with interfacing systems, and manage release and testing documentation.\nConduct monthly meetings with CO and CORs and Program Managers to discuss task order progress, exchange information, and resolve technical issues.\nEnsure that all employees receive the required training to meet Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.\nAssist with responding to data calls for additional support.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 10 years of IT project management experience.\nAt least 3 years of specialized experience in IT sustainment operations.\n2 years of experience leading large IT modernization projects within the Federal Government is required. DOD or DHS experience is preferred.\nProven experience in Agile project management methodologies. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification is highly desirable.\nAt least 3 years of experience managing and executing business process analysis and change management efforts\nStrong communication and coordination skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
