Tasks include mechanical assembly, rigging, welding, equipment operating, layout, application equipment assembly, robot installation, conveyor installation, print reading, etc. while operating hand tools and industrial lifting/handling equipment. A LEAD TECH is responsible for the timely completion of each project, communication with the customer, and holding other team members to the Pinnacle standard.
