Knowledge of the mission, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operation of DoD and Space Force organizations to effectively manage USSF training programs and activities. Knowledge at an expert level of analytical and evaluative methods, including a wide range of qualitative and quantitative techniques, plus a thorough understanding of how regulatory programs are administered to measure compliance, assess effectiveness, identify deficiencies, and analyze trends, and make recommendations for enhancements and improvements of programs and the resolution of problems. Skill in justifying, defending, and recommending decisions on an end-to-end program within a matrix organization. Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations, retrieve and input data, and maintain accurate files; a qualified typist is not required.
