You build high-performing teams through motivation, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingLead all day-to-day field operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standardCoordinate trade contractors and subcontractors across all phases of constructionManage site logistics, scheduling, and sequencing of workAct as the primary safety lead on-site, driving a "safety-first" cultureMonitor and manage general conditions budget and site servicesMaintain a deep understanding of contract documents to proactively identify risksLead subcontractor meetings and maintain strong working relationships across all stakeholdersDevelop and manage project schedules, including contingency planning for delaysOversee quality control processes and implement project-specific quality plansSupport preconstruction activities, including scope development and buyoutTrack and manage T&M work and field changesTrain and mentor field engineers and superintendentsMaintain accurate daily reports and documentation using construction software toolsEngage with local market stakeholders and support business development effortsFoster a collaborative, high-performance, and inclusive jobsite cultureQualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field10-15 years of experience in a lead superintendent or equivalent roleProven experience delivering data center projects strongly preferredRelevant certifications such as OSHA 30 and safety training (First Aid, CPR, AED) preferredEquivalent experience will be consideredSkills & Attributes:Strong technical construction knowledge across all project phasesExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsProven ability to manage schedules, cost control, and field coordinationStrong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentExperience with pull planning and modern scheduling techniquesProficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-standard construction softwareStrong commitment to safety, with the ability to enforce site-wide safety programsExperience leading and developing project teams
