Senior Program Manager

Seeking a Global Supply Chain Capabilities Senior Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of executive learning and university-partnered leadership programs. This role will manage end-to-end program delivery, collaborate with academic institutions and enterprise leaders, and drive strategic capability development initiatives across global supply chain organizations. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Executive Education, Leadership Development, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management within complex global environments.Responsibilities:Design and manage global executive learning programs in partnership with universities and external capability providers.Translate business strategy into scalable leadership and capability development initiatives.Lead Partnership Management with academic institutions, faculty, and executive education teams.Manage program governance, budgets, contracts, timelines, logistics, and risk mitigation.Drive executive nomination, onboarding, communications, and cohort management processes.Deliver high-touch participant experiences across virtual, onsite, and blended learning environments.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions.Develop success metrics, analyze program impact, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Support Supply Chain Program Management, Talent Development, Training Program Development, and Digital Capabilities initiatives globally.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or related field.6+ years of experience in Executive Education, Leadership Development, or Organizational Effectiveness programs.Experience working within global matrixed organizations and supporting supply chain functions preferred.Strong expertise in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Communication & Influence, Data & Analytics, and Problem Solving.Experience managing university-affiliated or externally branded leadership programs.Knowledge of Instructional Design, Competency Modeling, and learning program development preferred.Excellent executive communication, facilitation, planning, and organizational skills.
